This is a cactus.  Totally unexpected in a tropical climate.  And what is that face?

Our favorite part of the park- the dinosaur slide.  This thing is huge and falling apart, but it is still fantastic fun.

Going to the park with my boys is always an adventure. Every time we go, we discover something new.  Today, we found out that there is a little ice cream stand that sells popsicles for about $0.25 a piece. This particular park is close to our house, and convenient to go to when the boys need to release some energy.  The problem with this park is that a lot of the equipment is falling apart, and some of it is quite dangerous.  However, it is good enough for our needs.  The boys just need a place to run, jump and climb. Besides, the park has a ferocious dinosaur and chickens and other birds roaming around, a Buddha statue, AND a man that sells ice cream, which makes for a good afternoon.
